PURPOSE: A display device having an on-screen keyboard is provided to be capable of enabling keyboard input operation while watching only a screen by displaying the on-screen keyboard on a screen of a display device for displaying image signals. CONSTITUTION: In a display device an on-screen keyboard is displayed on a screen when using an input part(100), input signals selected from the on-screen keyboard are transferred to a computer(300), and the image signals output from the computer(300) are displayed. The computer(300) receives the input signals from the input part(100), and outputs the image signals to the display device(200) by signal processing according to input signals. A mouse is a general input unit and directly inputs signals to the computer(300).
