PURPOSE: A heat resistant adhesive composition for a masking tape is provided, which is suitable to round the corner of an object with a three-dimensional curve, with maintaining the adhesive strength and the heat resistance to be constant. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber as a base; 10-40 wt% of a fixing agent; 5-20 wt% of a phenol resin; 1-6 wt% of a cross-linking agent; an antioxidizing agent; 1-5 wt% of a curing promoting agent; a solvent; and 1-15 wt% of liquid hydroxyl group-terminated polybutadiene with a molecular weight of 1,000-3,000 represented by the formula 1. Preferably the fixing agent is rosin-based, terpene-based or petroleum-based one. The cross-linking agent is selected from the group consisting of α-cumyl hydroperoxide, methylethyl ketone peroxide, dicumyl peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, t-butyl hydroperoxide, benzoyl peroxide, 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide, dibenzoyl peroxide, p-quinone dioxime, dibenzoyl quinone dioxime, p-dinitrosobenzene, and N-methyl-N-4-dinitrosoaniline.
