PURPOSE: A vehicle seat back board having a housing incorporating a liquid crystal display monitor is provided to easily attach a liquid crystal display monitor to vehicle by substituting a conventional seat back board of the vehicle with this one having the housing. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seat back board includes a housing formed at a surface of a thin synthetic resin plate(10) for incorporating a liquid crystal display monitor, wherein the housing is protruded from the surface of the plate and has a receiving part(11) for receiving a liquid crystal display monitor(3), an upper partition wall(12) at an upper part of the receiving part, right and left partition walls(13,14) extended from the upper partition wall with a height gradually increasing downwardly, and a lower partition wall(15) extended from the right and left partition walls and protruded more than the upper partition wall, and an ear-phone holding part(18) is further formed on the surface of the plate for mounting an ear-phone(2).
