PURPOSE: Provided is a bioremediation method for recovery of contaminated soil, which is suitable for the treatment of organic phosphate, organic chlorinate, BTEX, PAHs, agriculture chemicals and oil. CONSTITUTION: The bioremediation method includes: (i) inoculating white-rot fungi or brown-rot fungi into media containing cellulose or lignin; (ii) inoculating Trichosporon sp. such as Trichosporon loubieri and Trichosporon cutaneum into an agar medium or sand; (iii) mixing of the media that is inoculated with white-rot fungi and the agar medium that is inoculated with Trichosporon sp. in a volume ratio of 1:0.1 to 1; (iv) packing the mixed composition into wells, which are constructed in contaminated area.
