PURPOSE: A folding handle for a window operating device is provided to prevent a handle from folding and playing in the unfolded part and to keep the unfolded/folded state of a handle without movement by an operating member. CONSTITUTION: A folding handle for a window operating device comprises: a shaft binding member(20) provided with an insertion hole(21) to couple with a driving shaft(10), a binding projection(22) and a projection piece(23) having a shaft hole(23a); a handle member(30) provided with an operation part to couple the inserted binding projection(22) of the shaft binding member(20) by a binding shaft(40), an insertion part(34) connected with the operation part, a guide part to locate the projection piece(23) to an end of the insertion part(34), and a knob connection shaft(38); and an operating member(50) provided with a connection piece(51) having a shaft hole(51a) to be inserted into the insertion part(34) and connected by a connection shaft(70), a fixed joint(53) formed on an end of the connection piece(51) to be suspended on the projection piece(23), a bent cogged joint(55) formed on the other end of the connection piece(51), and a fixed shaft(57) installed between the cogged joint(55) and the connection piece(51) to install an elastic member(60).
