Life processes in the soil, such as nutrient take-up by plants, are promoted and controlled by a fertilizer mixture, containing humic acid and organic and inorganic components. The mixture contains at least 60% and not more than 80% by mass brown coal, in the form of granules of less than 5mm diameter.
