<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a feeling of anxiety by enabling a residence wisher to easily know whether or not he or she can move into a monthly pay nursing home for the aged since a margin or deficient monthly amount is outputted according to a monthly necessary amount. SOLUTION: In the residence fee estimation system for the pay nursing home for the aged or similar facilities, a server presents an input screen for inputting an age, a sex, a care degree, service (care) options, a desired room, necessary expenditures, and the monthly income of a residence wisher. The user, therefore, inputs necessary data in the input screen displayed on a user computer. The server has at least rents, common-area charge, and food expenses, calculates a necessary monthly fee by actually totalizing option monthly feeds, a monthly care charge, and other necessary expenditures, and calculates the margin monthly amount when the former is less than the latter or the deficient monthly amount when not according to the necessary monthly fee and monthly income. When a temporary amount is calculated by converting the deficient monthly amount into a temporary amount, an output means outputs the temporary amount together with the deficient monthly amount.</p> |
