INVITED GUEST ARRIVAL NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invited guest arrival notification system which speedily gives notice to a person in charge who should contact an invited guest when the guest arrival an event hall among various event halls. SOLUTION: The ID of a person in charge from an invited guest database 2 wherein information regarding invited guests and IDs of persons in charge of the invited guests are recorded is printed as a bar code 9 on an invitation card 8. An invited guest carries the invitation card 8 and shows it at a reception counter. An admission reception terminal 4 reads the bar code 9 of the shown invitation card 8 to obtain the ID of the person in charge and sends it to a managing server 1. The managing server 1 retrieval a person-in-charge database 3 by using the obtained ID of the person in charge to obtain the telephone number of the portable telephone 10 that the person in charge carries. Further, the managing server 1 dials the obtained telephone number to give notice to the person in charge.
