PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meter a first metal, and dispense with mechanical control for the position of the first metal. SOLUTION: An alloy melting apparatus is adapted such that it is constructed with a first melting section 17 for melting a first metal 38 and a second melting section 18 for melting a second metal 10, wherein a melt of the first metal 38 and a melt of the second metal 10 are mixed to produce an alloy. In the apparatus, the first melting section 17 forms plasma 26, and the first metal 38 is melted by passing through the inside of the plasma 26.
