PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position estimating system for moving machines capable of suppressing the functional augmentations of position estimating devices by complementarily utilizing the position estimating devices located at individual radio communication systems in the position estimating system for the moving machines. SOLUTION: In this position estimating system for the moving machines formed with three radio communication systems, a first radio communication system is formed with a moving machine 101, a radio base station 201, and a wire NW(network) 301, and it has a position estimating device 401 dedicated to the first radio communication system. One position estimating device is selected from the position estimating devices 401-403 for estimating the position of one moving machine. The position estimating device is selected by the moving machines 101-103 or base stations 201-203.
