PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated rubber supporting device containing a lead plug capable of preventing lowering of vibration energy absorbing performance of the lead plug by allowing plastic deformation of the stable lead plug and maintaining initially required performance over a long period. SOLUTION: This laminated rubber supporting device 1 containing the lead plug is provided with laminated rubber 6 made by alternately laminating reinforcing layers 4 and rubber layers 5, the lead plug 7 arranged through the laminated rubber 6 and intermediate plates 8 arranged within the rubber layers 5 between the reinforcing layers 4.
