PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively recognize the handwritten characters. SOLUTION: When a button 161-1 is touched after the handwritten characters are inputted to a handwrite input area 151-1 by a user, these handwritten characters are recognized as English. Meanwhile, the inputted handwritten characters are recognized as numeric characters when a button 162-1 is touched, recognized as Chinese characters when a button 163-1 is touched, recognized as Katakana (square form of Japanese syllabary) when a button 164-1 is touched and recognized as Hiragana (cursive form of Japanese syllabary) when a button 165-1 is touched, respectively.
