PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a system becomes inoperative since a memory is allocated even when memory allocation is requested due to runaway of a process to which the memory allocation is allowed in the conventional memory allocation system. SOLUTION: A memory allocation management table 4 as a list in which the memory is allocated to the process to operate a computer system is created and the memory allocation to the process is adjusted by detecting a fact that the process to which the latest memory is allocated requests the memory allocation again is detected by a memory managing means 3 to allocate the memory according to the request of the process by referring to the memory allocation management table 4.
