PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a longer lift of an O ring for holding airtightness in the apparatus which can perform a leak test along with the press fit of a spark plug tube. SOLUTION: A shaft is thrust into a flange 8 with a key 6 by the external insertion of a tube 1 so that a distance becomes shorter between a collar 5 fixed on the flange 8 and the tip member 3a of the shaft. O rings 2a and 2b are crushed expanded sideways by a collar 4 therebetween to make a sealing between the rings and the tube 1.
