PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document image output device which can paint out the privacy information that exists out of a frame. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means which extracts the character rows from a document image, a means which selects a specific character pattern out of those extracted character rows and a means which paints out the image included in the selected character pattern area. |
