PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gutter from being clogged by collecting hair allowed to flow into the gutter and easily remove and dispose off the waste material such as the hair. SOLUTION: A waste material collecting net bag 1 having an opening 2 at one end thereof is put on the outer peripheral surface of a drum tube part 7 including a holding part 8b by applying a band 8a thereto so that the waste material such as the hair allowed to flow into the gutter H can be collected into the waste material collecting net bag 1.
