PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily carry out the exterior heat insulation of an exterior wall of a building skeleton by preventing a heat bridge generated in the case of supporting an exterior wall material through a heat insulating cover part for the purpose of executing exterior heat insulation. SOLUTION: A plurality of heat insulating block bodies 2A, 2B, etc., are piled by fitting the respective projecting parts and recessed parts, to form a heat insulating wall 2 serving as a form, and a heat insulating support member 20 covered itself with a heat insulating cover part 20C is disposed across the upper and lower sides of the mutual piled part of the heat insulating block bodies 2A, 2B, etc. The heat insulating support body 20 is constituted to insert-fit a support shaft part 20A having a heat insulating cover part 20C, into a fit-in part between the projecting part and recessed part of a plurality of heat insulating block bodies 2A, 2B, etc., and to link one end bolt part of the support shaft part 20A exposed from the heat insulating cover part 20C, with an external facing material fitting frame body 6 disposed at the outdoor side face of the heat insulating wall 2. The heat insulating support member 20 is formed of the support shaft part 20A with the bolt part formed at one end, and a support base end part 20B integrally extended wide at the other end of the support shaft part 20A.
