PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel member 13 installing structure for installing a panel member 13 on a panel support 3 via a metal fixture 1, which allows the metal fixture 1 to be easily and quickly installed on the panel support 3 without using a nail or a screw, and dispenses with backlash between the metal fixture 1 and the panel support 3. SOLUTION: A hook portion 4 is formed on the metal fixture 1 or the panel support 3, and a hole 12 with which the hook portion 4 engages is formed in the panel support 3 or the metal fixture 1. Further, springiness for biasing the panel support 3 and the metal fixture 1 in a direction that brings the former closer to the latter or separates the former from the latter is imparted to a part of the panel support 3 or the metal fixture 1. By engaging the hook portion 4 with the hole 12, the metal fixture 1 can be easily and quickly installed on the panel support 3 without occurrence of backlash.
