PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which allows buyers and a seller to participate in auction and to equally, adequately, and automatically determine a price according to the demand and supply relation. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with: a 1st means which determines a dealing price according to ordering information including desired buying prices of a commodity and desired buying quantities at the buying prices sent from the buyers (1, 2, 3) through a communication line (10), and sale information including desired selling prices of the seller (4) of the commodity and desired selling quantities at respective desired selling prices; and a 2nd means which sends auction result information including at least the dealing prices and consignation quantity of the commodity to the buyers (1, 2, 3). |
