PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooker in which an angle for attaching a temperature sensor is made adjustable, an aimed region to be detected can be easily selected, and the detection accuracy is improved to cook perfectly. SOLUTION: In this cooker, a temperature of a matter to be cooked in a cooking chamber 22 is detected by a non-contact type temperature sense 37. The sensor 37 is constituted so that it can be oriented to a position facing to the inside of the chamber 22, and fixedly held at a desired angle of rotation.
