PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device in which static electricity eliminating circuits are arranged by efficiently utilizing narrow signal line gaps. SOLUTION: The device is provided with plural signal lines that are formed while maintaining a constant interval, a common electrode which is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the signal lines, plural first static electricity eliminating circuits which are arranged on one side of the common electrode and located between adjacent first and second signal lines that are made into a pair and connected to the first signal line of the pair and the common electrode and plural second static electricity eliminating circuits which are located on the other side of the common electrode and connected to the second signal line of the pair and the common electrode.
