PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid collision of a hood section against an opening edge of a retainer attaching hole of a cylindrical plug-in section. SOLUTION: If both of a male and a female connectors 10 and 20 are plugged in aslant, an arcuate edge part 13 of an end edge of a perimeter of the hood section 12 contacts a guide section 27G of a retainer attaching hole 27. However, since the guide section 27G is prolonged in a spiral direction making an axis line parallel to the plug-in direction as a center, the arc edge part 13 of the hood section 12 is to contact aslant and in point-contacting to the guide section 27G. By this, the hood section 12 can advance smoothly to a cylindrical plug-in section 23 without suspension or collision, and its posture is corrected as the plug-in is advanced.
