PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a parallel operation at low costs. SOLUTION: A flowmeter 2 and a flow-sensor 6 are formed to be of an identical ultrasonic system. An interface for the parallel operation is used so that they can be operated singly eved when they are parallel-operated. Sensor received signals jointly own an identical processing circuit on the side of a converter on one side. When the signals are sent to the flowmeter and the flow sensor, one sensor received signal can be used by two devices. In the parallel operation, the cost of one sensor portion can be reduced.
