PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain bending strength of an insulated conductor including its root which is drawn out of a jacket case by preventing an insulating resin from creeping up to the root of insulated conductor which is drawn out of the jacket case with a simple structure change. SOLUTION: The root 21 of an insulated conductor 2 which is drawn out of a jacket case 3 by slitting provided to a valley of 2-core parallel wires from a connection base 20 of the insulated conductor 2 is assumed as single wires 21a and 21b. The root 21 of the conductor 2 is separated in a unit of single wire and drawn out of the jacket case 3 while the connection base 20 of the conductor 2 is resin-sealed with an insulating resin 4 inside the jacket case 3 from a thermistor element 1.
