PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new panel and a wall surface utilization method for the purpose of preventing such a state that a mark of an adhesive on an adhesive face of a hook provided with the adhesive face on the back face is stuck to a wall surface and the stain does not come off after the detachment of the hook due to the degradation of the adhesive on the adhesive face of the hook often used instead of a nail and a screw unusable for many parts of the wall surface for the installation of a shelf since a board used inside the wall surface is easy to break and the wall surface of a room cannot be remodeled unless cloth or the like is relined. SOLUTION: Holding cylinders 4 with fixed shafts 5, and rotating cylinders 6 with apertures 7 are fitted outside of a stanchion 2 provided with apertures 3, to form each pole 1. The spherical shape of the upper and lower tip parts of the fixed shafts 5 is fitted into each fit-in groove 16 of connecting frames 9, 22 to form a panel. The hook 13 and the shelf 8 are installed at an aperture formed by the coincidence of the aperture 3 of the stanchion 2 and the aperture 7 of the rotating shaft 6. The panel can be remodeled and moved using casters 12, holding cylinder covers 15, and the like.
