PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance mediation service method for providing estimates of insurance articles for a user by insurance companies meeting respective needs. SOLUTION: To provide insurance mediation service, an insurance mediation system connected to a user terminal through a network receives an estimate request from the user (S101), sends guide information for retrieval urging the user to send information for insurance company retrieval including information regarding importance of desired items to an insurance company (S102), gives points to the importance according to the guide information for retrieval (S105), determines an insurance company of higher order by sequencing insurance companies according to the points and points as to the desired items given previously by the insurance companies (S107), sends estimate guide information urging the user to send basic information for an estimate (S108), and also sends an estimate request to the determined insurance company (S111). |
