PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel information support system using a computer network, which can perform efficient personnel management including personnel changes and recruiting. SOLUTION: This personnel information support system is connected to the Internet and equipped with a personal invitation support server which provides a homepage for displaying job offer requirements of a company, an extraction part which extracts personal information on persons who are employed by the company among pieces of personal information of applicants inputted to the homepage and outputs it, and a personal data management service server which receives personnel change information from the company and updates a personnel database; and the homepage is linked with a homepage of the company. |
