<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the thermoforming in which the reduction in a closed cell ratio is low when a foamed polycarbonate sheet is thermoformed into a container body. SOLUTION: In the method for producing a foamed polycarbonate resin container at least 50% in closed cell ratio including a process in which the foamed polycarbonate resin sheet 0.12-0.6 g/cm3 in apparent density and at least 65% in closed cell ratio, after being heated in a heating zone to be softened in a moldable state, is thermoformed in a molding zone, (i) the surface temperature of the sheet is increased at a speed of 400 deg.C/min or below, (ii) the sheet is thermoformed in the molding zone while the surface temperature of the sheet is kept at 190±20 deg.C.</p> |
