PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scooter type motorcycle comprising an engine provided with an engine main body with a forwardly directed cylinder bore axial line mounted on a car body frame, and a rear wheel journalled on a transmission case of a transmission provided between the engine and the rear wheel, capable of setting seat height low, and improving durability of parts related to an intake system. SOLUTION: A transmission case 18 is oscillatably supported on an engine main body 16 unoscillatably supported on a car body frame F under a seat 10. A throttle body 78 having a roughly horizontally set axial line is connected through an intake pipe 76 to an intake port opened upward and mounted on the engine main body 16 under the seat 10, and a fuel injection valve 79 is installed on the intake pipe 76. |
