PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin plate which does not increase an apparatus cost even when the large-size resin plate is produced, does not need a long time for processing, and has a flat surface without a surface defect by preventing air from remaining between a raw material plate and a press mold transfer surface. SOLUTION: The raw material plate 1 of a thermoplastic resin is hot-pressed with the use of press mold plates 2 and 3, cushioning materials 4 and 4', a tray plate 5, and a press plate 6 to form the molded resin plate having a transfer surface by transferring the shape of the transfer surface of a press mold to the surface of the raw material plate 1. By using the raw material plate 1 in which uneven minute structure 0.5-500 microns in depth is formed on the surface, when the shape of the transfer surface of the press mold is transferred to the raw material plate 1, gas existing between the press mold and the raw material plate 1 is removed through the recessed part of the uneven minute structure. The raw material plate 1 in which numbers of channels extending to the peripheral part of the raw material plate 1 are arranged in an arrangement pitch of the channels in the depth of at least 1.5 times the depth of the channels can be used.
