<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a packaging container can be made to stand in a stable state and lock of resin filling can be sufficiently prevented. SOLUTION: This packaging container molding device is equipped with a mandrel unit installed in a freely rotating manner, a working means which bends the carbon bottom part of a cylindrical carton which is set at a mandrel and a sealing member which presses an overlap part to be formed by the bending of the carton bottom part to the contact face of the mandrel and welds the overlap part. The contact face is formed in the form of a dent and the sealing area SL1 of the sealing member is formed projecting. When a bottomed carton is formed, the bottom wall of the bottomed carton is curved inwardly by the sealing area SL1 and the contact face. Since the bottom wall of the packaging container is curved inwardly like a spherical surface, the bottom wall is almost flat and is not swollen to the outside, even when the weight of a liquid food is added to the bottom wall after filling the container with the liquid food.</p> |
