RUBBER COMPOUNDED LATEX, COMPOUNDED LATEX FOR RUBBER THREAD USING THE SAME AND RUBBER THREAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit an aging process for increasing compatibility between a synthetic rubber latex and a natural rubber latex in blending the natural rubber latex with the synthetic rubber latex. SOLUTION: A natural rubber(NR) latex is compounded with 2-10 wt.% of 10-30% aqueous solution of a monofunctional hydroxyl group-containing alkali and 5-20 wt.% of 10-20% aqueous solution of a fatty acid potassium salt, then mixed with a synthetic rubber latex produced without being passed through an aging process to give a rubber compounded latex. The rubber compounded latex is mixed with a single dispersion of a vulcanizing agent, a single dispersion of vulcanization accelerator, a single dispersion of a vulcanization auxiliary and a single dispersion of a compounding agent each prepared without using a naphthalenesulfonate of dispersant and passed through a homogenizer to give a compounded latex for a rubber thread. Then the latex is spun to produce a rubber thread.
