PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of simply, efficiently and stably manufacturing stencil sheet for thermal screen printing excellent in printing durability (peel and rupture resistance) and also excellent in dimensional stability and image properties at the time of printing of many sheets. SOLUTION: When a thermoplastic film and a porous support are laminated, they are coated with an adhesive and the adhesive coated surface of them are mutually laminated. The coating amount of the adhesive is 0.02-0.70 g/m2 on the side of the thermoplastic film and 0.20-3.00 g/m2 on the side of the porous support.
