PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a TIG welding device furnished with one power cable for TIG welding whose whole length is long. SOLUTION: As the power cable, one power cable 3 which is 15 m long or over is used. When manufacturing this power cable, and when forming a tube 29 made of resin by extruding, a conductor 31 is simultaneously arranged inside the tube 29 made of resin. After exposing the conductor from the tube 29 made of resin, terminal metal fittings 15 for connection are connected to the tip part of the exposed conductor to complete the power cable 3.
