PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for urethane curing having quick low-temperature curing and activity and excellent in dryability, storage stability, and in adhesion to various substrates, to provide more specifically a coating material composition for urethane curing; for example, a resin composition for a coating excellent in adhesion to a wet surface under execution conditions or in adhesion to a substrate in low-temperature execution; and to provide a moisture-curable solution used together with the resin composition, more specifically a coating material composition used as a primer composition. SOLUTION: A resin composition is provided which is used as a mixture with a moisture-curable solution containing a polyisocyanate compound and/or a urethane prepolymer as the main component and which contains a cross- linking (meth)acrylic syrup containing (A) a (meth)acrylic polymer having polymerizable double bonds and (B) a polymerizable monomer.
