HIGHLY STABLE ACID PHOSPHOLIPID AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acid phospholipid stable at normal temperature, and to provide a method for producing such a phospholipid. SOLUTION: This stable acid phospholipid is obtained by making the corresponding acid phospholipid and a vehicle coexistent. The other objective method for producing such a highly stable acid phospholipid is characterized by comprising the following process: the corresponding acid phospholipid and a vehicle are added to water at 0-50 deg.C followed by homogenizing the system and then making a vacuum drying to effect the moisture content of the final acid phospholipid to <=1 wt.%.
