PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter cartridge which has the durability for high temperature filtration of 60-80 deg.C of mixed liquid of hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide water which is frequently used in semiconductor production process and is abbreviated as hydrochloric perwater, and isopropanol and is easy in incineration treatment of used filters. SOLUTION: This pleated microfiltration filter cartridge is constituted in such a manner that all of a microporous filtration membrane, a membrane support, a core, an outer peripheral cover and an end plate constituting the filter cartridge are made of polysulfone type polymer and, further, is featured as a pleat type in such a manner that a joint of the pleat is sealed and stuck by interposing polysulfone type polymer film thereto.
