PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such nonconformity that in a conventionally known device for regenerating the pellet for the raw material of a synthetic resin, cooling equipment such as a large-scale air blower device and a water bath or the like is absolutely necessitated and therefor a considerably large floor space for installation is necessarily secured in the vicinity of an injection molding machine and therefore the effective area of a workshop must be made narrow and furthermore invesment necessary for these large-sized installations naturally becomes a large amount of money and these various problems are held in view of reality. SOLUTION: A strand (S) being in a kneaded state is continuously fed out of a hot screw press (P). All the previously mentioned various difficult problems are cleared at a stroke by setting a cooling-length (1) to a bar (B) for adjustment which is provided in the right place of the inside of a frame trestle (F) and fitted with a free roller (F.R) for a guide.
