PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated throw-away absorber which has front and rear waist parts and has high air permeability not to feel wearing person wet and hot. SOLUTION: The integrated throw-away absorber 20 having the front and rear waist regions 26 and 28 has; a main panel 56 which has a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable-steam permeable back sheet joined to this top sheet and an absorptive core arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet and has a weight average mass steam permeability of at least 2,500 g/m2/24 hours; and a pair of side panels 64 and 64' which are joined to at least position of the main panel, extend outward in a transverse direction from the portions described above, are respectively elongatable in a direction having a vector component in the transverse direction and respectively have the weight average mass steam permeability of at least 3,500 g/m2/24 hours.
