RECORDING HEAD, INK JET RECORDER, AND ITS FABRICATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image with high image quality while ejecting ink at a high speed with a low voltage. SOLUTION: Individual electrodes 20 formed by an inclining face having a depth varying gradually in the arranging direction of nozzles 15 arranged in array are provided on an electrode substrate 14. A potential difference being applied between a diaphragm 19 and the individual electrodes 20 is varied by varying the gap between the diaphragm 19 and the individual electrodes 20 continuously and significantly starting from a microgap so that displacement of the diaphragm 19 is varied accurately thus diversifying the ejection characteristics of ink drop.
