PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent work to obtain by getting pachinko balls enter for winning in an attempt to illegally open a mobile wing piece in a winning device of a pachinko machine. SOLUTION: In the winning device A equipped with an electric actuator 15, a working member 20 adapted to make a reciprocation by ON-OFF operation of the electric actuator 15 and a mobile wing piece 16 which tilts or erects to let pachinko balls get winning or none with the reciprocation of the working member 20, the working member 20 is made up of a first working member 20a and a second working member 20b so arranged to interlock each other while the mobile wing piece 16 is linked to the first working member 20a. A lock mechanism 42 is provided between the first and second working members 20a and 20b to always detachably engage the members blocking useless tilting action of the mobile wing piece 16 while when the electric actuator 15 makes an on operation, it releases the engagement with the second working member 20b and also with the first working member 20a to allow the tilting of the mobile wing piece 16.
