PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain safety of an occupant by inflating an air bag by proper unfolding force even when the occupant is seated outside a normal position. SOLUTION: This air bag arranging structure is provided with at least one air bag 12 movable in the direction of a protective position for protecting the vehicle occupant 14 seating in the normal position by inflating in a normal protective state and at least one regulating means 16 for regulating an unfloding shock of the air bag by being influenced from the occupant 14 seating outside the normal position, and a maximum unfolding shock transmittable by unfolding the air bag, can be reduced for the occupant 14 seating outside the normal position by the regulating means 16.
