1. Pyrazole derivatives of general formula(I) wherein a). R<1> and R<2> are methyl and R<3> is hydrogen, or b). R<1> is chlorine R<2> is methyl and R<3> is hydrogen, or a). R<1> is chlorine, methyl, R<2> is methyl, R<3> is hydroxymethyl, wherein in cases a) and b) the pyrazole derivative is a phosphoric acid addition salt. 2. A mineral fertilizer in a solid state treated with at least one inorganic or organic acid and, with at least one nitrification inhibitor based on the pyrazole derivative, characterized in that an inorganic or organic polyacid is used as an inorganic or organic acid. 3. A mineral fertilizer of claim 2, characterized in that a compound of general formula (I) is used as a pyrazole derivative of claim 1. 4. A mineral fertilizer of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that each a polyacid and a nitrification inhibitor is present in an amount from 0.01 to 1.5% by weight. 5. A process for the preparation of a treated mineral fertilizer by treating a solid state fertilizer with at least one inorganic or organic acid and, at least one pyrazole derivativeas a nitrification inhibitor or a mixture thereof, characterized in that an inorganic or organic polyacid is used as an inorganic or organic acid. 6. A process of claim 5, characterized in that one compound of general formula (I) is used as a pyrazole derivative of claim 1. 7. A method for treating plough land with a solid state fertilizer treated with at least one inorganic or organic acid and at least one nitrification inhibitor based on pyrazole, characterized in that the plough land is treated with a mineral fertilizer of any of claims 2 to 4.
