The composition for application of coating onto support at low temperature, from dispersion of at least one component to be deposited, comprises at least one strong heavy solvent with boiling point above 150[deg]C and weak solvent with boiling point below 100[deg]C with the solvents forming mixture which evaporates at temperature lower than 100[deg]C. Independent claims are also included for: (1) dispersion of component to be deposited on support in composition as claimed; (2) process of application of coating into support comprising (a) preparation of composition comprising at least one strong heavy solvent and a week solvent, as described above, at such ratio as to form a mixture which evaporates below 100[deg]C, (b) dispersing a component to be applied onto support in the mixture of solvents, (c) spreading obtained dispersion onto support and (d) drying to obtain coating; and (3) equipment for application of coating onto support in form of film comprising source of film support, feeding tank containing dispersion as claimed, unrolling means allowing to circulate film support in the vicinity of feeding tank, means for continuous pouring of pre-determined quantity of dispersion onto film support during its passage in the vicinity of feeding tank, receiving means and enrolling means, continuously transporting coated film to receptor, means for driving unrolling, receiving and enrolling means, and heating equipment allowing evaporation of liquid contained in dispersion at temperature below 100[deg]C and forming of solid coating on support. |
