PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing performance evaluating information that is suitable to multilaterally evaluate a plurality of different performance evaluating items by integratedly and organically combining the performance evaluating items, and a computer system capable of realizing the method. SOLUTION: This method includes primary data calculation processing 1 for fetching the current term to be evaluated and past financial data to be a comparison object about a company accounting unit, secondary data calculation processing 2 for using primary data and calculating a numerical value that corresponds to an evaluation item, tertiary data calculation processing 3 for specifying the highest point in each evaluation item and assigning a rank point to each evaluation item on the basis of score reference in which a rank point is provided in accordance with a numerical range that is ranked in each evaluation item, point accumulation processing 4 for calculating the total points of all assigned evaluation items and output processing 5 for outputting the total points as performance evaluating information.
