PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lightly operate a handle body by reducing the displacement of a torsion spring to the angle of operation of the handle body. SOLUTION: The torsion spring 13 in which a coil section 13c has been penetrated and held to a bracket shaft section 12 is held at a position offset from the bracket shaft section 12 by the penetrating a counterweight 23. One leg section 13a is slid and contacted to the first slide-contact piece 14 with operation. The displacement of the torsion spring 13 to the angle of operation of the handle body 20 is reduced, and the handle body 20 can be operated lightly. |
