PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and stably perform tracking control accompanied by eccentricity of a recording track of an optical recording medium in an optical pickup head. SOLUTION: A luminous flux radiated from a laser diode 31 is image, which is formed on an optical disk DK by an objective lens 36. The luminous flux, reflected from the optical disk DK, is condensed in a quardripartite photodiode 40, and a tracking error is detected. The objective lens 36 is driven and controlled according to the tracking error by a tracking actuator 46 to control, so that a light spot by the lens 36 is formed in a desired position on the optical disk DK. The movement of the objective lens 36 is detected by an objective lens position detector 47, a mirror actuator 43 is driven and controlled according to the detected result, and a rising mirror 35 is controlled so that the optical axis of an incident luminous flux made incident from the mirror 35 on the objective lens 36 always coincides with the optical axis of the objective lens 36. |
