PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a nozzle, by using a film wherein a resistor layer is laminated to the under surface of a film layer having a large number of apertures or recessed parts. CONSTITUTION:A film layer 1 is a thin metal film comprising aluminum or an org. film having high heat resistance comprising polyimide and has a large number of apertures 2. When the film 5 consisting the film layer 1, a metal layer 3 and a resistor layer 4 passes through an ink supply part 11, the apertures 2 are filled with ink and the filled ink 8 is carried to the position opposed to a needle electrode head 16 and bubbles are generated in the needle electrode head 16 by the supply of a current to each 17 by the application voltage to the needle electrode head 16 and the ink 8 is injected to recording paper 12 from the apertures 2 functioning as nozzles by the pressure of the bubbles to perform recording. Because the apertures 2 are used as the nozzles of ink jet as mentioned above, the clogging of the nozzles can be perfectly eliminated. |
