PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stress at the time of insulator compress deforming and to improve the oscillating damping effect of an insulator. SOLUTION: A base (25) mounted on an upper part of a sub chassis (13) mounts a pickup part and a turntable. A plurality of insulators (60) for absorbing vibration in the base (25) are disposed between the sub chassis (13) and the base (25). The base (25) has a plurality of mounting parts (28) for mounting the plurality of insulators, respectively. When the insulator is mounted on the mounting part, the corner of each mounting part (28) is chamfered (281b) so that a space may be opened between the corners of the insulator and the mounting part.
