PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously improve easiness of walking on a pavement material and draining performance. SOLUTION: In this pavement material with superior draining performance, plural projection parts and recessed parts for functioning as a drain passage are arranged on a surface, the height of the highest top part of the all projection parts is set same, the recessed parts have an optional shape, and are connected over the pavement material, and the whole bottom surfaces for forming the recessed parts incline in the opposed direction from a certain direction of the pavement material.
